In consideration of Turnkey Instruments Limited (hereafter referred to as 'Turnkey') providing all necessary connection to the 3G mobile network described below, the Customer agrees to pay the Period Charge in advance to Turnkey. The Charge is due on the Operative Date of the Line Rental, which (unless otherwise stated) will be on the 1st of the month the Line Rental was originally purchased and at the stated period thereafter until the Line Rental is terminated by written notice from either party.

A data limit is applied to each individual Line Rental over a period of 12 months inclusively. Any breach of this limit will result in a Data Usage Charge per MB payable within 7 days of notification from Turnkey to the customer. Failure to pay the over usage charge could result in the indefinite suspension of the 3G mobile connection and legal proceedings will follow (this is at the sole discretion of Turnkey).

Line rental active status is subject to the adjoining Turnkey equipment that was originally set up with this line rental having an active SCS. In the result of an instrument not having an active SCS the Line Rental can and will be subject to suspension regardless of payment. This is at the sole discretion of Turnkey and reactivation of line rental is subject to the activation of an active SCS. A reactivation fee may be applicable at the rate of pay in force at the time.

If equipment is changed from that of the original purchased, then it is the customer's responsibility to notify Turnkey, so records and payment details can be amended accordingly.

All SIMs/line rental provided will be on the Vodaphone Network (unless stated otherwise). It is the customer's sole responsibility to check and ensure a sufficient mobile data connection is available on the Network of choice where the equipment/line rental will be placed. Turnkey will not be held responsible for any poor connection issues in regard to this matter.

Turnkey will not be liable for any outages because of the parent Network on which the line rental is established. Network issues causing any loss of data etc., are beyond Turnkey's control.

Without prejudice to any other remedies available Turnkey reserves the right to suspend services if the customer shall default for more than 30 days in payment of the invoice(s). ii. Complete disconnection will arise if payment and/or arrears are not paid in full within 45 days of initial contact. A re-enlistment fee and new modem line rental is applicable.

For equipment, which is not renewed at Turnkey's recommended interval and will be charged for at the rate in force at the time.

Turnkey shall not be liable for any loss of profit or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising out of the Modem Line Rental.

Turnkey reserves the right to change the pricing structure and included services in regard to the Line Rental at any time but will honour all services/prices already quoted and/or paid for before such changes are made applicable.

The Line Rental will for all purposes be deemed to have been made and completed at Turnkey's registered office and constitute the entire Line Rental between Turnkey and the customer. No representation or term or statement not expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions will be binding on Turnkey unless the same is given in writing and signed by a director of Turnkey.

If the customer fails to pay the period charge within 30 days of the due date or commits any other breach of the terms and conditions of these terms and conditions and fails to remedy for with on notice from Turnkey, Turnkey reserves the right to terminate the line rental.
